Clinical Evaluation On The Therapeutic Effect Of Naolisu Oral Liquid Treat The"Shen Xu Tan Yu"Syndrome For Vascular Dementia And The Effect Of VD Mice’s Brain Tissue Content Of SOD,et Al

Objective:Clinical evaluation on the therapeutic effect of Naolisu treat the vascular dementia and explore the mechanism of Naolisu capsule by the experimental study of vascular dementia model in mice.Methods:Clinical evaluation:Collects30examples to conform to the VD research standard patient, divides into the treatment group and the control group each15examples observation stochastically.The control group takes orally is Hydergine piece, the treatment group takes orally the Hydergine piece and Naolisu capsule,Treatment for3months.Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of the patient’s Cognitive ability.daily living ability and TCM syndromes.and Statistical analysis of the safety index.Experimental study:Uses ties up the mouse two-sided arteria carotis communis anterior to block the blood stream, the preparation repeatedly repeatedly ischemia pours into the model again, after making the mold succeeds,divides into sham-operated group, model group.Hydergine group, high-dose of Naolisu capsule group and low-dose of Naolisu capsule group,the later three groups of the treatment group.Detection the mice’s brain tissue content of SOD and MDA after administered15days.Results:Clinical evaluation:The efficacy of cognitive ability:the total effectiveness of treatment group is80%,the control group is53%.the two groups have significant difference (p<0.05).The efficacy of daily living ability:the total effectiveness of treatment group is73%.the control group is57%,the two groups don’t have significant difference(p>0.05).The efficacy of TCM syndromes:the total effectiveness of treatment group is73%,the control group is70%.the two groups don’t have significant difference(p>0.05).The three indicators using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation show that treatment group batter than the control group.Experimental study:The SOD of mice"s brain tissue is increased (p<0.05).the MDA of mice"s brain tissue is decreased(p<0.05). The low-dose of Naolisu capsule group is the most obvious.Conclusion:Naolisu capsule has a good effect in VD patients,the SOD activity of mice’s brain tissue is increased,and decreasing the MDA content.The capsule has some function to protect neurons in brair cells,which has value in the future clinical treatment.
