The Clinical Effect Research Of Compound Glycyrrhizin In The Treatment Of Tuberculosis

Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect research of compound glycyrrhizin in the treatment of tuberculosis.Methods:144cases were treated by a randomized, double-blind and parallel controlled trials. Respectively in tuberculosis treatment group of strengthening phase added compound glycyrrhizin tablets while a placebo added in control group. Observed clinical symptom and Serum fibrosis index and evaluated the them during the period of0,1,2and6months in trials. Observing pulmonary lesion absorption by X-ray in1,2and6months.Results:There was no statistics significant difference between trial and control groups in clinical symptom score in0and6months (P>0.05). There was statistics significant difference between trial and control groups in clinical symptom score in1and2months (P<0.05). There was no statistics significant difference between trial and control groups in pulmonary lesion absorption inl month (P>0.05). There was statistics significant difference between trial and control groups in pulmonary lesion absorption in2and6month (P<0.05). There was statistics significant difference between trial and control groups in Serum fibrosis index.Conclusion:Tuberculosis treatment with compound glycyrrhizin tablets may accelerate the mitigation of tuberculosis clinical symptoms and also promotion the pulmonary lesions absorption. It can be used in the clinical to improve the clinical effect.
