| Purpose: through the radiation and chemotherapy in patients with differentpathological types of lung cancer chemoradiation spectral imaging analysisbefore and after the treatment, to explore energy spectrum CT for lung cancer, radiation and chemotherapy after the application value of the clinical curativeeffect..Materials and methods:In our hospital between December2011and March2013need tochemoradiation in patients with lung cancer, before treatment and2courses oftreatment with CT spectral imaging, a total of53cases, male, female24)29cases.21cases including small cell lung cancer; Lung squamous carcinoma in18cases;14cases of patients with lung adenocarcinoma. All patients diagnosisaccording to its clinical manifestations, pathological results after bronchoscopyor puncture and tumor markers such as comprehensive judgment. It in1997theAmerican cancer association (AJCC) and international cancer alliance (UICC)proposed by staging TNM staging method. And all patients were treated with thesame chemotherapy drugs, spectral CT imaging, phase ii enhanced scan wereperformed. In venous phase under different keV energy spectrum image on eachnode of CT values and the corresponding spectral curve, to calculate the spectralcurve of the slope, And as the base material of iodine iodine and water basefigure and water-based figure obtained corresponding iodine content and watercontent. Take40keV and100keV two points in this test as a reference point, energy spectrum is the slope of the curve calculation method.Slope=(HU40keV HU100keV)/60And the lung cancer before and after treatment of the data received by thepaired t test analysis. Results: the groups of different pathological types of lung cancer before and after treatment under different keV CT value, energy spectrum curve slope, iodine content and water content in the normality test conforms to normaldistribution, within the group to choose matching t test. Results found that groups of different pathological types of lung cancer atdifferent stages before and after treatment of line spectrum curve trend isroughly same, to gradually decline curve, as keV, curve gradually tend to be flat, but part of the group under some keV between CT value and40-100keV energyspectrum curve slope statistical differences:1, small cell lung cancer and lungsquamous carcinoma group T1N2M0and T2N3M0period, before and aftertreatment under40-90kev CT value was statistically difference (P <0.05), in100-140kev under CT value was not statistically difference (P>0.05); Lungadenocarcinoma group T1N2M0and T2N3M0period, before and aftertreatment at40-140kev CT values were not statistically significant (P>0.05).2,energy spectrum curve slope: small cell lung cancer and lung squamouscarcinoma group when T1N2M0period and T2N3M0period, before and aftertreatment was statistically difference (P <0.05). Lung adenocarcinoma groupwhen T1N2M0period and T2N3M0period, no statistical difference beforetreatment (P>0.05).water iodine content analysis:1, the iodine content in T1N2M0andT2N3M0period, small cell lung cancer and lung squamous carcinoma groupbefore and after treatment was statistically difference (P <0.05); Lungadenocarcinoma group before and after treatment with no statistical difference(P>0.05).2, water content: there were no statistical difference between groupsbefore and after treatment (P>0.05).Conclusion: stones energy spectrum CT imaging has important meaning offollow-up to chemoradiation in patients with lung cancer, analysis of iodine, CTvalue and spectrum curve slope under low energy, help to use the quantitativeanalysis of lung squamous carcinoma and small cell lung cancer in preliminary evaluation on the efficacy of chemotherapy. For the clinical treatment methodprovides a reliable image data. |
