Objective:1. Through the study of application of cognitive intervention, suggestion therapy,desensitization, demonstration of music intervention psychological knowledge and skills ofpsychological intervention on patients with esophageal carcinoma, to observe the changes ofvital signs of patients, patients with anxiety, patient satisfaction of medical staff’s influence, toconclude, to improve the quality of medical management, enhance the level of clinicalnursing teaching.2. In clinical nursing work program for the frame, study and demonstrate thepsychological nursing intervention measures feasible, applied to clinical and psychologicalnursing intervention techniques into clinical nursing work.Methods:Patients196patients with esophageal cancer radical surgery as the research object,randomly divided into experimental group and control group,98cases in experimental groupapplied psychological nursing intervention mode of nursing service, and98cases in controlgroup with routine nursing procedure of nursing service. Two groups were recordedrespectively at admission,30minutes before the operation day into the operation room,operation room,30minutes after entering the vital signs including blood pressure (BP), heartrate (HR); at the same time recording anxiety group two operation third days before operation,the night before operation, one week after the checklist (SAS), state anxiety questionnaire(S-AI) score and patients before discharge to the medical staff satisfaction scale, two groupsof patients with general information, the changes of vital signs, the anxiety degree evaluation,patients on the medical staff satisfaction differences and balanced in comparison, packet datastatistics analysis by SPSS19.0software, count data were analyzed by chi-square test,measurement data using t test and variance analysis, in order to (x±S) said, P<0.05had astatistically significant difference.Results:1.General data (age, gender, symptoms were national, marriage, occupation, incomelevel, educational level, disease), two sets of balanced P>0.05, no significant difference,comparable.2. Two groups in systolic blood pressure (SBP), diastolic blood pressure (DBP), heart rate (HR), were not significantly different between the level of anxiety (P>0.05).3.The experimental group adopte nursing case. psychological nursing intervention ofsystolic pressure (SBP), heart rate (HR) changes, changes in the anxiety level wassignificantly lower than the control group, P<0.05, the difference was statistically significant.4.One week after operation the satisfaction of patients in experimental group wassignificantly higher than the control group, P<0.05, the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:1.The researchers were given preoperative psychological nursing intervention on thepatients with esophageal cancer by combined application of cognitive intervention, suggestiontherapy, desensitization, demonstration of music intervention, can effectively maintain stablevital signs of patients, the patients received operation therapy in top physical condition.2.Psychological nursing intervention is a kind of advanced nursing, psychologicalnursing intervention can effectively solve various negative emotions and psychologicalproblems of patients hospitalized in the process, improve the mental state of the patients, tohelp the rehabilitation of patients, to the pure medicine therapy better than curative effect.3.Through the implementation of psychological nursing intervention on the patients,increase the communication between doctors and patients and the opportunity tocommunicate effectively improve the doctor-patient relationship, effectively improve thepatients’ satisfaction of medical staff.4. Psychological nursing intervention will be the future development direction of seniorhospital care and inevitable trend. |
