Research purposes: This thesis detect organophosphorus concentration instomach of the ASOPP patients by enzyme dampening principle, andspectrophotometer provides a standard to measure time of indwelling gastric tube andindex of estubation, reduce the reabsorption of poison of organophosphorus in thestomach, and provide reference for clinical diagnosis of the illness. Make up fortesting standard of organophosphorus concentration in stomach blank in the currentclinical.Research methods: according to the principle of enzyme inhibition, using asimple and effective method, acetylcholinesterase was extracted from normal brain ofaborted fetuses, and the enzyme activity was determinate by the national standardmethod, and the acidity, enzyme dosage, the dosage of chromogenic agent,temperature and time conditions are optimized. Method compares and analyzescontent of residual organophosphorus pesticide after gastric lavage of patients’ byusing the principle of enzyme inhibition and spectrophotometry. Return specimens ofgastric juice not poison people do background contrast. Spectrophotometer methodwas used to detecting organophosphorus concentration with the experimentalspecimens of gastric contents.Research results: Detection results of organophosphorus concentration to thecontrol group was1.20×10-44.43×10-5mg/L after disposable lavage that tube wasextracted; organophosphorus concentration to experimental group was1.15×10-45.68×10-5mg/L after disposable lavage that tube was extracted. There were nostatistical differences between the control group and experimental group. Through thenasal cavity indwell14th silicone stomach tube for72hours Again, indwelling gastrictube to tube drawing, organophosphorus concentration was2.37×10-43.09×10-5mg/L with gastric contents in patientsResearch conclusion:(1) It has a certain clinical significance that continue toindwelling gastric tube to intermittent irrigation if after disposable lavage there still have residual poison in stomach.(2) the best time indwelling gastric tube was32~40hours, the organic phosphorus concentration is9.76×10-5mg/L~3.12×10-6mg/Lwhich is close to the normal stomach content and lower organic phosphorusconcentrations of1×10-3mg/L that is the national standards for drinking water qualityGB5749-2006. Detecting ASOPP patients’ stomach organophosphorus concentrationand determining optimal time of indwelling gastric tube, can improve the cure rate ofsevere ASOPP patients, shorten the hospital days and reduce hospital cost, which hascertain clinical application value.(3) Antidotes, cholinesterase complex agent andsupport treatment were used to two groups of patients. According to clinicalobservation, the incidence rate of respiratory failure, intermediate syndrome, and the"rebound" phenomenon in experimental group is reduced, cholinesterase levelsreturning to50%in the blood of patients, the speed has improved significantly...
