Objective Research and analysis in a number of b value thepancreatic cancer and chronic mass type pancreatitis and normalpancreatic tissue changes ADC values, the author used in the differentialdiagnosis of pancreatic cancer and chronic pancreatitis mass typeappropriate b value;Pancreatic cancer tissue were measured in T2WI,nuclear magnetic resonance enhanced scan, and DWI (b=400s/bestcallus induction) image of the biggest diameter of lesions, and statisticalanalysis. Methods Collect the fellowship at jilin university hospital2011.4-2012.12after surgery and postoperative follow-up cases wereand routine magnetic resonance dispersion weighted imaging. Amongthem, the male and female patients, twenty cases, aged75to years old,in22patients have pathology confirmed;26patients with imagingexamination and related cells, test study confirmed that the pancreaticcancer patients and patients, chronic mass type pancreatitis10cases ofnormal pancreas, volunteers and patients respectively, marked as (A, Band C group), including13cases of the imaging findings alreadyhappened abdomen and part transfer. B, respectively, in400,600,1000s/best callus induction. Measurement in different b value the pancreatic cancer area, chronic inflammation of the pancreas tumor area andnormal the ADC values in the change, and the different b value threeorganization ADC values change to carry on the analysis; At the sametime line magnetic resonance enhanced scan, the instrument measuringof pathological changes of the largest diameter. Results In the same b value, pancreatic cancer is lower than theADC values in the chronic mass inflammation area and normalpancreatic head area. Different b value within the ADC valuesdifferences were statistically significant (P <0.05), with the b valueincreases, the three groups of ADC value decreased significantly, including pancreatic cancer area decrease rate lowest (15.66%and5.19%). B=400and600s/best callus induction, pancreatic cancer areaand normal pancreatic head area, pancreatic cancer area and chronicinflammation mass the ADC values in the differences were statisticallysignificant (P <0.05);Pancreatic cancer tissue and chronic mass lesionsite type pancreatitis in T2WI, DWI (b=400s/best callus induction) anddynamic enhanced image maximum diameter measuring no significantdifference. Conclusion Center, with the increase of b value of pancreatic lesionsand normal pancreas and chronic substance type lump pancreatitislesions essence in three groups of ADC values is gradually diminishingstate; In certain conditions of scanning, DW I can clearly shows that the tumor lesion and scope of ADC value measurement to some extent helpthe diagnosis of pancreatic cancer; Help to pancreatic cancer andchronic pancreatitis mass type differential diagnosis of disease; Is auseful supplement to conventional magnetic resonance (NMR);Twokinds of special inspection way and method for the maximum diameter oflesion and no direct statistical significance.
