| Object：This article through the analysis of the clinical data from the205cases that were diagnosed with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia Ⅲin the multi-point biopsy by colposcope,researched the screening、thediagnosis and treatment for CINⅢ.To confirmed the best screening andtreatment method for CINⅢ.Methods：Select205patients that were diagnosised with CINⅢ inmulti-point biopsy by colposcope in our hospital from2010January to2012November,collect all patients with clinical data,analysis of agedistribution of patients、starting symptoms、screening method、diagnosisand treatment effect.And analysed the data for statistical analysis.Results：1、The onset age were most between36to45years old.2、TheTCT results showed that: normal:9.45%, ASCUS23.62%，LSIL7.09%，HSIL59.84%,the statistically difference was significant.3、98.45%ofpatients are affected HPV.4、 After further surgery,postoperativepathology and preoperative pathological coincidence rate was88.78%,pathological upgrade rate (cervical cancer) was11.22%, the statisticallydifference was significant.5、Leep in the operation time compared withCKC, the statistically difference was significant. Blood loss volume are compared between the two groupes, the statistically difference wassignificant.6、Cervical cold knife taper cutting surgery postoperativepathologic cutting edge positive significantly below the cervical loopelectrosurgical excision,the statistically difference was significant,exactlythe same as that of preoperative and postoperative pathological CKClevel.Conclution：1、Patients is mainly distributed between36to45yearsold.2、The TCT combined with the HPV is main and effective method ofscreening for cervical disease in outpatient service.3、The ultimatediagnosis method of CINⅢ is biopsy by colposcope,but there are stillsome missed.4、CKC is not only a specific diagnosis method for CINⅢ,is the preferred method to treatment. |
