Objective: According to the applied research of ultrasound-guidedbiopsy of cervical lymph node, the report future explores and evaluatesthe applied value of the technology that ultrasound-guided biopsydiagnose cervical lymph node. In addition, the report summarizes theoperating experience about the ultrasound-guided biopsy of cervicallymph node, and also supports experience and reference material for theclinical application about the technology. Methods:The study is picked96patients who were diagnosed withcervical lymphadenopathy and treating in the Bethune First Hospital fromSeptember2010to February2013. The patients are tested by theultrasound-guided biopsy of cervical lymph node, and then the result isanalyzed in the different aspect such as, the drawn effect of pathologicalspecimens, pathological findings of lymph nodes, the result’s comparisonof ultrasound diagnosis of lymph nodes with pathological diagnosis andthe experience of the operation.Results:①96patients were accumulated to drawn400needlepuncture in which the tissue is drawn by the364needle puncture issuitable for histopathological examination and the successful rate ofpuncture drawning is91.0%.②In the96cases,94pathologies arediagnosed and2cased are undiagnosed, which the diagnostic rate is97.9%.③Comparing with the pathological findings, ultrasound guidedbiopsy diagnoses72cases of malignant about lymph nodes, which thecompliance rate is100%(72/72). In addition, ultrasound guided biopsy diagnoses22cases of benign about lymph nodes, which the compliancerate is91.7%(22/24).④In the cases of malignant lymph nodes, the mostcommon is metastatic cancer and lymphoma. However, in the cases ofbenign lymph nodes, the most common is inflammation of lymph nodes.Conclusion:①The ultrasound-guided biopsy of cervical lymphnodes has a higher level of successful rate in drawning and thepathological specimens could basically meet the requirements ofpathological diagnosis.②The ultrasound-guided biopsy of cervicallymph nodes also has a higher level of compliance rate in the diagnosis ofcervical lymph nodes, which could meet the needs of clinical diagnosis.③In the cases, malignant cervical lymph nodes, in which, especially, themetastatic carcinoma and lymphoma, occupied a large proportion.
