| Objective:To explore the characteristics and analysis of cervical lymph node tuberculosis and metastatic lymph nodes in the two-dimensional ultrasound images. Methods Retrospectively analysis160lymph nodes of105patients and separate them into two groups,including76tuberculous lymph nodes and84metastatic lymph nodes. The reports of two groups under planar ultrasonography had been compared and analyzed of its characteristics. Results The two group showed calcification and liquid echo-free area. Metastatic lymph node internal calcification for microcalcification, with a cluster distribution, tuberculous lymph nodes were scattered in the coarse calcification, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01). Metastatic lymph node liquefied area of eccentric distribution and area ratio<50%, tuberculous lymph nodes of liquefied area is located in the central and the area ratio of>50%, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01). Conclusion The position and size and distribution, calcification of the liquefied area ratio characteristics of ultrasonic imaging is helpful in differential diagnosis of cervical tuberculous lymphadenitis and metastatic lymph nodes. |
