A Study About The Effect That The Temperature Of The Washing Liquid Makes On Red Blood Cell Recovery Rate Of Autologous Blood Recovery

Objetive：Compare the effects that different temperature Normal saline（NS）anddifferent storage temperature on erythrocyte recoveries in autologous bloodrecovery during cerebral surgery.Methods：Selection in March2011to October neurosurgery of60patients,30casesof arteriovenous fistula, hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage (19cases),meningioma(11cases). Patients aged18-65years old，and they do all subjects ofpreoperative examination such as blood coagulation function，liver and kidneyfunction，electrolyte,all the indexes in the normal range, and no viral hepatitis,and no viral hepatitis,AIDS,blood transmitted diseases such as syphilisanesthe-sia risk patients with ASA class for Ⅱ-Ⅲ。Participants are fasting before8hours, adopt general anesthesia method。Operation is expected to surgical bloodloss>500mlAutologous blood recovery of cerebral surgery with60cases，according tothe different temperature of NS，randomly divided into room temperature24℃(group S) and temperature4℃groups (group D)，30cases in each group。Recycling machine for the first time blood loss of two groups of patients morethan500ml, extract the recycling2ml of blood before washing them, blood gas analyzer were used to detect the blood ph, Hb, Hct, K+, Na+, this resultsdenoted by S1, D1。Then wash and recycle the blood，and detect them again，the results for S2, D2,Calculate the two sets of red cell recovery rate in the twogroups。Take10ml of recycled blood as experimental blood sample in a testtube, Group S tubes lay at room temperature and group D tubes are in the4℃for1hours，2hours,6hours, three time points in vitro blood for blood gasanalysis, the results were as S3, D3, D4, S4, S5and D5Record the recovery of blood volume respectively before and after washing，Test recovery blood ph value，Na+，K+，hemoglobin (Hb)，hematocrit (Hct)，Take two groups after cleaning blood，group S placed in indoor temperature，group D on the refrigerator of4℃。Test blood samples that have been placed for1hour，2hours and4hours， get blood ph，Na+，K+，Hct，Hb.Results：before cleaning the blood，there was no significant statistical differencebetween the two groups (P>0.05)，after cleaning，two sets of blood ph，Na+andHct，Hb were significantly higher than that before washing (P <0.01)，and K+was obviously decreased (P <0.01)。Calculated red blood cell salvage rate (Sr)，D group is higher than S group(P <0.01).Conclusion：the4℃NS as a washing liquid and Stored in the4℃environment，canbetter protect recovery blood red blood cells，improve the quality of bloodrecovery.
