A set of preventive neck lymph nodes(level Ⅵ) dissection, another group without lymph node dissection level Ⅵ.Contrast the two groups of operation time, bleeding volumein surgery, postoperative complications, postoperativerecovery.Summary of our cN0DTC patients level Ⅵ lymph nodemetastasis.Combined with postoperative pathological findings, judging the cN0patients and level Ⅵ lymph node metastasis inpatients.Provided necessary theoretical data for surgery cleaningthose patients with cN0of DTC.
