Hospital infection means all infections that occur in the Hospital, also called all theinfection in the Hospital, can also called Hospital acquired infection.Narrowly defined forevery hospital patients does not exist when getting in hospital, nor during the incubationperiod, and got attack by pathogen when in hospital that has any clear diagnosis of infectiondisease infected live, no matter discharge happens in the hospital during or after, are calledthe hospital infection.Generalized definition can be called any personnel in the hospital duringthe activity, suffer from pathogen invasion and cause of any clear diagnosis of infection ordisease, are called the hospital infection.Hospital infection is not only a global hospitalizedpatients about the importance of health problem, but also the hospital management level andquality of medical service important indicators.Hospital infection not only reflects the hospitalmedical care quality, influence the reputation of a hospital, and at the same time back topatients it increased a lot of unnecessary pain and economic burden. In order to controlinfection, now to the occurrence and related risk factors we do some retrospectively surveyresearch. Methods: Retrospective study method is used to investigate and observe the clinicinformation of663patients in NICU of our hospital from November1st,2010to November1st,2012. Statistical analysis is conducted by SPSS for Windows Ver.17.0statistical software.Measurement data are expressed by x±se, and count data are expressed by rate (%) and (or)constituent ratio (%). The association between SAP onset and potential predisposing factorswere assessed using χ2test,rank-sum test. And various statistics methods are used to comparethe differences of outcome and medical expenses between SAP and nSAP groups, such asχ2test, rank-sum test.Results:1、In663patients,293cases of hospital infection occurred, the total infectionrate was44.19%, myasthenia gravis infection rate reaches as high as100%, encephalitisinfection rate72%, Guillain-barre syndrome infection rate of62.5%, intracerebral hemorrhageinfection rate55.03%.2、Hospital infection with the most common site of respiratory tract, which constitute more than65.94%, followed by urinary tract,18.36%,skin,7.49%,gastrointestinal tract was3.14%, the blood is2.17%, other2.9%.3、Hospital>14days, always high blood pressure, diabetes history, the course have hypoalbuminemia, application stomachtube, ureter, endotracheal intubation, breathing machine auxiliary ventilation ten factors fornosocomial infection may be risk factors.4、Tracheotomy, endotracheal intubation, usebreathing machine, urinary catheter, stomach tube are time effect,>10days of the hospitalinfection rate is obviously higher than that of the acuities10patients (P <0.05).5.Sputumpositive patients, detected gram-negative bacillus infection accounted for66.31%,gram-positive cocci infection accounted for14.38%, detection fungal infection accounted for19.32%. Including acinetobacter baumannii21.03%, klebsiella pneumoniae "accounted for16.09%.6、Hospital commonly used antibiotics, cephalosporin camino top utilization rate,26.19%, followed by cefepime amounted to21.34%.7、 Antimicrobial agents whichPseudomonas aeruginosa sensitive to ciprofloxacin, levofloxacin, amikacin; Antimicrobialagents which Staphylococcus aureussensitive to were mainly linezolid, vancomycin andteicoplanin; Klebsiella pneumoniae sensitive to were mainly imipenem, meropenem andcefepime; Acinetobacter baumannii sensitive to imipenem, meropenem and cotrimoxazole;Escherichia coli sensitive to cefoperazone/sulbactam, amikacin, ceftazidime; Conclusions: Most hospital infection of NICU patients occur within3days after diseaseonset. Hospital infection site to the most common respiratory tract; Hospital>14days,always high blood pressure, diabetes history, the course have hypoalbuminemia, applicationstomach tube, ureter, endotracheal intubation, breathing machine auxiliary ventilation tenfactors may be the risk factors; Pathogenic bacteria to gram negative bacilli is given priorityto, NICU hospital infection in patients with complications and other recent higher risk of poorprognosis.
