Objective:To investigate transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1)and Osteopotin(OPN) level and clinical significance of type2Diabetesnephropathy patients in different stage. Methods:To divide110type2diabetes patients (DM group) intothree subgroups according to ratio of urinary albumin/creatinine (ACR):normal ACR (<30mg/g、 A group), microalbunminuria group(30-300mg/g、B group),macroalbunminuria group (>300mg/g、Cgroup). To test the level of serum TGF-β1、OPN of25normal persons(D group)and110type2Diabetes patients.Results:①the TGF-β1、OPN level of A、B、C group weresignificant higher than D group(p<0.05); The factors level between Band A group has no statistically significant difference (p>0.05);Thefactors level of C group was higher than that of A and B group(p <0.05).②the relationship between TGF-β1、OPN and ACR was positive in fourgroups(r=0.465、0.388,p <0.01). Conclusion: TGF-β1、 OPN may anticipate the onset anddevelopment of DN.Testing and early specific blocking may offer an newdirection for the diagnosis and treatment of DN.
