Objective:The study was designed to research the influence of S-adenosyl-L-methionine on liver protein synthesis in patients with obstructive jaundice. Methods:All patients admitted from2011-06to2013-03are randomly divided into treatment group and control group, the treatment group is treated to SAMe, and the control group not any hepatinica. Biliary obstruction unrelieved, the treatment group is in SAMe intravenous drip,1g/d continuous3days; biliary obstruction relieved, SAMe,1g/d, continuous7days. Research indicators including albumin, prealbumin, transferrin, total bilirubin, direct bilirubin, alanine aminotransferase, etc. Results:Before the obstruction relieved, SAMe can promote the synthesis of prealbumin, transferring(P<0.01), and significantly reduce alanine aminotransferase, aspertate aminotransferase (P<0.01); SAMe can promote the synthesis of liver prealbumin, transferring(P<0.01), and ameliorate the postoperative total bilirubin and direct bilirubin excretion(P<0.01), reduced bilirubin index significantly, as unobstructed. Conclusion:SAMe can promote the liver protein synthesis in patients with obstructive jaundice, the improve liver function; SAMe can promote postoperative bilirubin excretion, promote liver function recovery.
