The Clinical Curative Effect Research On Treatment Of Gastric Cancer With Radical Operation Of Syndrome Of Deficiency Of Both Oi And Yin With Chemo-treatment Combined With FuZhengQingJie Fang

Objective and Significance:The study is mainly to observe the clinical therapeutic effect of chemo-treatment combined with the FuZhengQingJie Fang on patients with Gastric Cancer with radical operation of Syndrome of Deficiency of both Qi and Yin and try to investigate the possible mechanisms in treatment of on patients with Gastric Cancer with radical operation.It’s just for the purpose of gaining experience of treatment of Gastric Cancer with radical operation of Syndrome of Deficiency of both Qi and Yin with chemo-treatment or combined with the FuZhengQingJie Fang.Methods:This study selected60patients with Gastric Cancer with radical operation between the January2012to January2013in the Second People’s Hospital of Fujian Province, age45-70, divided into treatment group and control group. The FuZhengQingJie Fang and clearing heat antitoxicant combined with FOLFOX4chemotherapy in the treatment group(30cases), and the specific drug as follows:Oxaliplatin85mg/m2ivgtt2h dl, CalciumFolinatc200mg/m2ivgtt2h dl-2,5-FU400mg/m2ivgtt22h dl-2, every two weeks one cycle; the control group(30cases), only for FOLFOX4chemotherapy. At last, we observed the improvement of the quality of life, immune function, toxic side effec and the symptom score of two groups before and after treatment.Results:①The treatment group is superior to the contorl group in Karnofsky scoring (P<0.05).②The symptom score of two groups were obvisously improved after treatment, and the the treatment is superior to control group (P<0.05)③The treatment group’s toxicity incidence is lower than the contorl group’s in toxic side effect, but there are no statistical differences (P>0.05)④The CD3+and CD4+of two groups were obvisously improved after treatment, there are statistical differences (P<0.05); The CD8+of two groups are lower after treatment, and there are no statistical differences (P>0.05); The treatment group were improved but the contorl group were cut douwn in cell activity of NK, but there are no statistical differences (P>0.05)Conclusion:The FuZhengQingJie Fang Combined with chemo-treatment for teatment of Gastric Cancer with radical operation of Syndrome of Deficiency of both Qi and Yin can increase cellular immunity, improve the quality of life, lighten the side effects of chemotherapy, and guarantee chemotherapy smoothly. It shows that FuZhengQingJie Fang combined with chemo-treatment for teatment of Gastric Cancer with radical operation of Syndrome of Deficiency of both Qi and Yin has good clinical effect.
