Experimental Study And Effect Of Complex Bajitian Mixture Combined With Nimodipine On Early Steroid-induced Osteonecrosis Of Femoral Head

Objective:1、From the point of view of the apoptosis verify the feasibility and curative effect of Complex Bajitian Mixture combined with Nimodipine in treating early days Steroid-induced Osteonecrosis of Femoral Head (SANFH).2、To observe the treatment of early steroid osteonecrosis of the femoral head by the combined use of Complex Bajitian Mixture combined with Nimodipine.Method:1、In the experimental study,60rabbits were randomly divided into5groups: normal group (n=10), model group (n=14), nimodipine and model group (n=12), complex Bajitian mixture and model group (n=12), complex Bajitian mixture combined with nimodipine and model group (n=12). The later four groups were set up animal models of steroid-induced avascular necrosis of femoral head by combining Methylprednisone sodium succinate with equine serum, and the control group weie injected partes aequales normal sodium. After animal models set up two week, the nimodipine group injected nimodipine into ear-vein (0.1mg/kg) every day, the Chinese traditional medicine group gavaged Complex Bajitian Mixture(7ml/kg) every day, The combination group injected nimodipine into ear-vein (0.1mg/kg) and gavaged Complex Bajitian Mixture(7ml/kg). The model group and control group were injected partes aequales normal sodium, and drenched20ml normal sodium. The4-.6s8weekslater, execult the rabbits, then, observed the pathological changes under the light microscope and detect cell apotosis of femoral head. Count the percentage of empty lacunae and the apoptic rate.2、In the clinical study, complex Bajitian mixture combined with nimodipine was used in18cases of SANFH as the treated group compared with17cases treated by XianLingGuBao Capsule for curative effect observation. Compare the X-ray of the pelvis、MRI of Hip and the laboratory examinations between the two groupsResults:1、The experimental study shows the percentage of empty lacunae and the apoptic rate of model group significantly higher than the normal group, and the nimodipine group、the complex Bajitian mixture group、the combination group were between the normal group and the model group. Compare the complex Bajitian mixture group、the nimodipine group with the model group, there was statistics difference (P<0.05). Compare the combination group with the model group, there was significant difference (P<0.01).2、 Compare the treatment group with the control group, the patients pain points and Harris hip score was improved significantly, serum cholesterol and triglycerides, whole blood viscosity was also reduced significantly, there was statistics difference (P<0.05). After the treatment. X-ray and MRI suggests that the original avascular necrosis of the department to repair.Conclusion:1、The treatment of early steroid osteonecrosis of the femoral head by the combined use of complex Bajitian mixture combined with nimodipine, can significantly decrease the apoptic rate.2、The treatment of combined use of complex Bajitian mixture combined with nimodipine can effectively improve the clinical symptom of the avascular necrosis of the femoral head.
