| In the background of market economy, public hospitals constantlysuffered from a variety of external restrictions and challenges as aneconomic entity that’s engaging in social production and operation.Moreover, the new round reform of medicine and health care system alsopushed over public hospitals in the teeth of the storm. At present, althoughthe public hospitals are faced with several problems which stems from thespecial medical system in our country, the hospital internal operationmechanism difficulty also limits the development of hospital. Only perfectthe hospital operation mechanism, can we continuously improving theservice quality and the patients’ satisfaction at public hospital.Public hospital management mode is the basic thought and methods inthe process of internal management. According to the management content,management mode can be divided into organizational structuremanagement mode, administrative management mode, business processmanagement mode and management mode of hospital culture. Public hospitals in our country have practiced the bureaucracy management modeunder the leadership of hospital director for a long time, this managementmode once promoted a rapid development of public hospital. With theresearch and analysis of the present situation of public hospitalmanagement mode, I found lots of drawbacks that the bureaucracymanagement mode exposed. We should seek for a more suitable newmanagement mode for the present situation of public hospital. Therefore,this paper uses the seamless government theory and puts forward a kind ofbrand-new "Seamless management mode"-that is, construct a seamlessorganizational structure management mode, a seamless medical servicemanagement mode, a seamless administrative management mode and buildseamless hospital culture, aimed at providing references and advices to thereform of operation mechanism of public hospital under the background ofthe new round reform of medicine and health care system. |
