| Objectives:By detecting the expression of P14ARF and HPV in cervical carcinoma and precancerous lesion to analyze their relationship with clinical-pathologic and their exressed relationship in cervical carcinoma and precancerous lesion,thereby to investigate the role of P14ARF and HPV in the cervix disease develoment.Metheds:Immunohistochemistry was used to measure levels of the expression of P14ARF in the cervix tissue specimens.The cervix tissue specimens were obtained from10cases of normal cervical tissues,20cases of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN)and40cases of cervical carcinoma. In-situ hybirdization was used to measure levels of the expression of HPV in the same tissue specimens.Results:The expression of P14ARF can be seen in CIN and cervical carcinoma, but not in normal cervical tissues. The positive expression of P14ARF in CIN was65.0%(13/20), the positive expression of P14ARF in cervical carcinoma was82.2%(37/45).The positive expression of P14ARF in the three teams has significnat statistic difference among them(P=0.000, P<0.01).The percentage of P14ARF positivity in CINI was28.6%, The percentage of P14ARF positivity in CINâ…¡ã€â…¢ was84.6%.There was statistic difference among them (P=0.022, P<0.05). The expression of P14ARF had relationship with pathological grade and lymph node status (P=0.021, P<0.05)ã€(P=0.031, P<0.05),P14ARF expression did not correlate with any other clinical pathologic parameters such as type of organization,FIGO stage,myometrial invasion (P>0.05).The expression of HPV can be seen in normal cervical tissue,CIN and cervical carcinoma. The positive expression of HPV in CIN was10.0%(1/10),the positive expression of HPV in CIN was50.0%(10/20)and the positive expression of HPV in cervical carcinoma was 62.2%(28/45).The positive expression of HPV in the three teams has statistic difference among them(P=0.011, P<0.05).The percentage of HPV positivity in CINI was42.8%, The percentage of HPV positivity in CINâ…¡ã€â…¢ was53.8%.There was not statistic difference among them (P=0.500, P>0.05). The expression of HPV had relationship with lymph node status (P=0.011, P<0.05ã€(P=0.031, P<0.05), HPV expression did not correlate with any other clinical pathologic parameters such as type of organization, pathological grade,FIGO stage,myometrial invasion (P>0.05).There was a positive correlation between P14ARF and HPV expression in CIN (r=0.524, P=0.018, P<0.05)and cervical carcinoma (r=0.597, P=0.000, P<0.05) by the analytical method of Spearman.Conclusion:1ã€In normal cervical tissue,CIN and cervical carcinoma,the expression of HPV showed an increasing.In CIN,the positive of HPV in CINâ…¡ã€CINâ…¢ was higher than the group of CINI.But in the cervical carcinoma, The expression of HPV had relationship with lymph node status, HPV expression did not correlate with any other clinical pathologic parameters such as type of organization,pathological grade,FIGO stage, myometrial invasion.So we concluded that HPV may be the early event of the cervix disease development to cervical carcinoma.2ã€In normal cervical tissue,CIN and cervical carcinoma,the expression of P14AR.F showed an increasing.In CIN,the positive of P14ARF in CINâ…¡ã€CINâ…¢ was higher than the group of CINI.But in the cervical carcinoma, The expression of P14ARF had relationship with pathological grade and lymph node status, P14ARF expression did not correlate with any other clinical pathologic parameters such as type of organization,FIGO stage,myometrial invasion.So we concluded that P14ARF may play an important role in the cervix disease development to cervical carcinoma.3. There was a positive correlation between P14ARF and HPV in cervical carcinoma and precancerous lesion,but also in some cervical carcinoma, the HPV expression was negative,but the HPV expression was positive and in normal cervical tissue, the HPV expression was positive,but the HPV expression was negative.So the joint P14ARF and HPV test results are reliable,can be used as a diagnosis of cervical cancinoma an precancerous lesions and assess the progosis of a means. |
