Object: Explore the clinical features and treatment with urologicalmalignant tumor in kidney transplant recipients.Method: A retrospective analysis of our department863cases receivingallogeneic kidney transplantation recipients clinical data, of which17casesoccurred of the urological malignant tumor in the kidney transplant recipients(incidence1.95%).Results:17patients,3males and14females. After kidney transplantationtriple immunosuppressive regimen of immunosuppressive therapy,14patientswith CNI drugs+antiproliferative drugs+prednisone, Rapa+antiproliferativedrugs+prednisone in three cases. Preoperative by ureter CT and radical surgeryvisible tumor: four cases of mere bladder tumors, four cases of ureteral mergerbladder tumors,1cases of renal pelvis and ureter with bladder tumors, two casesof simple renal pelvis tumor, simple ureteral tumor four cases, renal pelvis combined ureteral tumor two cases. Pathological examination:16cases oftransitional cell carcinoma are high-level,2patients with glandular andsquamous differentiation,1case of squamous differentiation (80per cent);pelvis-ureter adenocarcinoma. Radical surgery were followed up for3to72months,1death, time of death after cancer surgery three months. Follow-up date,the survival of the16cases.Conclusions: Urological malignant tumor is an important factor to affectthe long-term survival of kidney transplant recipients; painless gross hematuriais the most common symptom; ureter CT can improve the accuracy of the earlydiagnosis of urological tumor in kidney transplant recipients; radical surgicalresection is the main treatment.
