Nanfeng mandarin is a kind of geographical indication product, its research is mostly a single method, there is no comprehensive method combination of spectroscopy and chromatography with chemometrics, Chromatography and spectroscopy fingerprint methods have been applied in the identification of geographical indication products. Method have been set up to analyse Nanfeng mandarin by GC-MS、HPLC and NIRS. The establishment of origin identification model can realize Nanfeng mandarin geographical indication product identification.GC-MS mass spectrum retrieval coupled with retention index was used to identify the volatile component of Nanfeng mandarin, the total ion chromatogram and identification results show the complication of volatile composition. The combination of mass spectrum retrieval and retention index can improve accuracy and reliability of volatile component qualitative identification.The fingerprint of Nanfeng mandarin from seven different origin was established by HPLC method. Common peaks were marked, relative retention time, relative peak area and similarity evaluation were calculated. There is a certain gap among different origin by the relative content and relative peak area, Similarity was from0.9548to0.9982.These indicate that different origins Nanfeng mandarin have high similarities and a little differences. The establishment of Nanfeng mandarin fingerprint can be used as Nanfeng mandarin identification reference.The Nanfeng mandarin were directly measured with near infrared spectrometer.The identification model of mandarins from different origin was developed by combination of near infrared spectroscopy (NIR) and principal components analysis (PCA). The result demonstrated that there was no diversity of the mandarins in one origin but great differences among different origins.The proposed model would be a reference method for identification the Nanfeng mandarin.
