Select40cases of cervical mucus by karyotype analysis, extract DNA cell from cervical mucus, use the real-time quantitative PCR to amplify the gene D21S11, D21S1411, D21S1412, D21S1414, and amplify the length difference of the product by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis and silver stain analysis with β-globin as positive control within.Results:in40cases of female fetuses to determine the DNA samples, specific fragments were amplified by silver-stained polyacrylamide gels and found that40specimens of27cases in the D21S11, D21S1411, D21S1412, D21S1414four loci showing positive results completely.Conclusion:1by the early stages of pregnancy, women can obtain female fetuses cervical mucus cells or genetic material, for no prenatal diagnosis and provide a new idea;2, often on the chromosomes microsatellite polymorphism sequence can be identified as one of the symbols of female fetal cells. |
