Patients are the consumers of medical services and hospital as producers andsellers of medical services should be to protect patients’ rights. To protect patients’ rightsin the process of hospital beds, the security management should not be overlooked.Beds are the basic unit of hospital management, and it is the core of inpatientDepartment. Not exaggeration to say that all medical activities are running around thebed. Bed management is the key link of the hospital management, and security is thecore of beds. If the bed safety management is not in place, the ward environment willnot do a good job and medical service processes can not be optimized. Also it affects thelevel of diagnosis and treatment of hospital and reduces the hospital medical safety. Thiscan not be good to meet the needs of patients, resulting in hospital reputation losses,reducing the intangible capital of the hospital, affecting the sustainable development ofthe hospital. So Hospital beds must be enhanced attention, starting from the base,promoting the healthy development of hospital.Body of the paper is divided into four parts. The first part defines the concept ofsafety management of hospital beds and summarizes the development and content ofSystems Theory. The second part analyses the safety management system of hospitalbeds, and emphasizes the relationship between hospital safety management of criticalsubsystems and subsystem system and the external environment. The third part analyzesthe problems of the hospital beds management system from key subsystem to begin.The fourth part is the core of this paper. It embarks from the system theory and bases onthe existence question solution countermeasure and carries on the creative constructionto the hospital bed safety control system. The premise of this paper considers the safetymanagement of hospital beds as a complex system and it is an important component ofthe entire hospital security systems. The assumption of this paper that it is impossible to completely eliminate the problems in the bed management system, but means ofintervention can be managed through the system, and to eliminate security risks asmuch as possible and to reduce accident rate purpose.
