Studies On The Pharmaceutical Research Of Ganduqing Granules

Ganduqing granules by two kinds of traditional Chinese medicine composition of Rhizoma Belamcandae,Astragalus membranaceus Bge.var.mongolicus(Bge.)Hsiao and pharmaceutic adjuvant.It has the function of heat clearing and detoxicating, proping up Vital-qi,relieving sore throat and reduce phlegm, mainly used in the treatment of viral upper respiratory infections and a variety of popular fever, throat pain and other diseases.Under the guidance of Chinese medicine theory,we have consulted a large number of literature,used modern science and technology and systematically studied the preparation process, quality standard and the preliminary stability.On the basis of fully understand the physicochemical properties of the effective constituents of Rhizoma Belamcandae and Radix Astragali,we take the content of Irisflorentin,dry extract rate as index for the optimal extraction process of Rhizoma Belamcandae,and take the content of astragaloside IV, Mao Rui isoflavone glucoside content and dry extract rate as index for the optimal extraction process of Radix Astragali.On this basis, by using the single factor experiment selected a best combined extraction of this compound.According to the experimental results, for the full retention of compound extract of the effective component content, we decided not to purification.We investigated the concentration process of temperature, vacuum degree, concentrated density and other factors to determine the optimum concentration process.During the molding process study, in order to reduce the amount of excipients to achieve a reduction in dose, increasing patient compliance purposes, we used a fiuidized spray granulation granule.In the quality standard study,we established the Astragalus mongholicus, Belamcanda chinensis by TLC,and the content determination method of Irisflorentin. We have three batch samples was performed3months preliminary stability study, investigation results showed that each index accords with the regulation.The results of this study show that the preparation process of science, reasonable, feasible, the quality is controllable, stable quality of product.
