The Study The Distribution Of TCM Syndrome Of Early Threatend Abortion And It’s Correlation With Estradiol And Progesterone

Objective:To reveal the distribution of TCM syndrome types of early threatened abortion.and further analyze serum levels of E2,P among different TCM syndrome types.To explore the significance of E2.P in the auras of threatened abortion.Methods:Through the review of100cases of diagnostic early threatened abortion with retrospective analysis, to reveal the distribution of syndrome types:The serum hormone levels of E2.P at5-12th gestational weeks of100patients were monitored. And the outcome of pregnancy, continued or defeated was observed.Results:(1)Our finding shows that the distribution of the syndromes is as follows(in descending order of frequency):deficiency of the kidney, deficiency of both the speen and the kidney.blood--heat, deficiency of the kidney with blood stagnation,deficiency of both qi and blood, trauma.(2) The relative factors of syndrome types lies in the gestational age.occupation,abortion number,menstrual history.(3) Serum levels of E2in women of threatened abortion at5th to12th gestation weeks were obtained. From the7th gestation week on, serum E2level in women with continued pregnancy(CP) increased continuously,and it was higher than that in women with defeated pregnancy(DP) of same gestation age(P<0.05).(2) Serum levels of P was not different in CP women at various gestation age(P>0.05). From the7th week on, it was higher in CP women than in DP women of the same gestationage(P<0.05).(2) The comparison of serum E2in CP versus DP of women with deficiency of the kidney and deficiency of both the speen and the kidney was identical to that in CP versus DP of all women enrolled, Serum E2level of two types was not obvious difference at the same gestation age (P>0.05).At7-8th gestation weeks,the serum E2level in CP with blood heat was higer at the same gestation age(P<0.05).At7-8th gestation weeks, serum levels of E2with deficiency of the kidney was lower than other types at the same gestation age(P<0.05).(4) The comparison of serum levels of P in CP versus DP of women with different types was identical to that of all women enrolled. Serum levels of P was not different among different types at the same gestation age(P>0.05).Conclusions:(1) The deficiency of kidney was the main syndrome of early threatened abortion.(2) The relative factors of syndrome types lies in the gestational age.occupation.abortion number.menstrual history.(3) The distribution of TCM syndrome types and E2have a certain relevance, the levels of E2with different types contained kidney deficiency is lower, especially at7-8th gestation weeks. It is not obvious of the levels of P among different types.The variation of serum E2is one of the important material foundation in pregnancy with fetal irritability and vaginal bleeding of kidney deficiency type.(3) Both E2and P play important roles in early pregnancy maintenance process. Especially,a comparative high E2levels and its sustained and steady elevation indicates the good ending of early threatened abortion.
