| [objective]:To Observe the clinical curative effect and adverse effects of huang qi ge gen tang treating on Qi and Yin deficiency and kidney collateral vessels stasis syndrome and to discuss the possible mecha-nism.[Methods]Adopting a randomized controlled trial methods,60cases met inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the controls and treatment group. The control group using a therapy with Premixed insulin, atorvastatin calcium, Irbesartan tablets. The treatment group add huang qi ge gen tang to the control’s.Both groups were observed for8weeks. We Select TCM syndrom score and24-hour urine protein, Urinary albumin excretion rata, lipid, such as observation index to observe the clinical efficacy and adverse reaction.The data were consistent with normal distribution,the use of χ2ã€t test was used for statistical analysis;those who do not meet the normal distributiong using the wilcoxon test for statistical analysis.Count data were analyzed by chi-square Ridit.[Results](1) the total effective rate of the treatment group is93%,83.4%in control group, curative effect (P<0.05).(2)Total effective of syndromes in the treatment group is93.3%,83%efficacy in control group, The treatment group is better (P<0.05).(3) main laboratory index of nephrotic syndrome(24-hour urine protein, Urinary albumin excretion rata, lipid) improvements are better than the control group (P<0.05).(4)No obvious adverse reactions was saw in the treatment group.[Conclusion]Huang qi ge gen tang can significantly improve the Qi and Yin deficiency and kidney collateral vessels stasis sydrome and signs, and parts of the laboratory were improved.Combined with Chinese medicine that were safety. It can improve diabetic nephropathy glomerular high-suger,high-lipid, hyperfiltration,hyperperfution sdate to improve renel microcirculation,inhibition the proliferative and basement membrane of the glamerular mesangial,it is worthy of further study. |
