Purpose1C-myc gene hTERC gene expression in cervical normal and abnormalsquamous epithelium.2C-MYC, gene and hTERC gene expression correlation with clinicopathologicalpathomorphology.3To explore HTERC gene, C-MYC, genes in cervical intraepithelial neoplasiaand cervical cancer diagnosis and prediction of clinical value.4Research C-MYC gene, hTERC gene and the HR-HPV detection.MethodA collection from October2010to June2011Shandong University Qilu Hospitalof the Ministry of outpatient and inpatient treatment to patients clinical data andcervical exfoliated cell specimens of500cases, all patients had not received anyprevious treatment, age range25-64years old Exclude hysterectomies patients.Informed consent. For cytological diagnosis and HR-HPV testing (Hybrid Capture II on behalf ofthe Hybrid Captuer II, the HC II), hTERC gene and C-MYC gene detection (FISH).The three above-mentioned one of the test results positive patients for colposcopy andpathological biopsy.Result1Positive cytology (ASCUS or more)44/500cases, the HR-HPV-positive (>1RLU/CO)141/500cases, hTERC positive15/500cases, the C-MYC-positive12/500cases, histological detection of184/500cases. Cytology and clinical pathologyresults of analysis of the results of Spearman rank correlation: rs=0.549, P <0.001.2C-MYC, genes in the cytology and organization, grouping the expression: cytology is divided into six groups: normal group, ASCUS. Group, the ASC-H, LSILgroup, HSIL group, cervical squamous cell carcinoma group C-MYC-positive ratewere:1.1%,14.29%,0%,9.09%,50%,75%. Histological groups: inflammation ofthe cervix, CIN1, CIN2, CIN3, and cervical squamous cell, C-MYC gene positive rate:2.80%,5.26%,25%,16.67%,87.50%, respectively.3hTERC gene expression of Cytology and Histology: cytology grouping ibid, normal group, ASCUS. Group, the ASC-H, LSIL group, HSIL group, cervicalsquamous cell carcinoma hTERC positive rate:1.1%,14.29%0%,9.09%,62.5%,100%. Histological grouping ibid., inflammation group, CIN1group, the positive rateof CIN2, CIN3, cervical squamous cell carcinoma in the hTERC gene are as follows:1.40%,5.26%,37.5%,33.3%,100%.4C-MYC, gene hTERC gene expression and HR-HPV test results, the HR-HPVpositive141/500, C-MYC-positive rate of9.22%(13/141), hTERC gene-positive ratewas11.35%(16/141),359cases of HR-HPV-negative samples, the C-MYCgene-positive rate of0.56%(2/359), hTERC gene-positive rate of0.28%(1/359).Significant difference in the HR-HPV-positive group and negative group hTERC geneC-MYC gene positive rate (P <0.001).5hTERC gene, C-MYC gene and histopathological results the sensitivity of thehTERC gene and C-MYC gene detection of CIN and cervical cancer were34.15%,26.83%, a sensitivity of34.15%between the two parallel, because of its sensitivitycompared with low, pretending to be the ROC curve, ROC curve cut-off point hTERCgene, the sensitivity of C-MYC, genetic testing of CIN and cervical cancer are51.22%, the two parallel sensitivity of63.41%.ConclusionOne should pay attention to opportunistic screening for cervical lesions, cervicalliquid-based cytology test (TCT) and the clinical pathological diagnosis of theexistence of a good consistency. Joint HR-HPV testing can improve the sensitivity ofcervical lesions.HTERC gene and gene both in the C-MYC expression in cervical lesions are ingood agreement.3hTERC gene C-MYC gene expression to increase with the degree of cervicallesion, indicating cervical disease progression can be used as the identification oflow-grade and high-grade lesions, high-grade lesions and cervical cancer indicators.4hTERC gene and the C-MYC gene detection synergistic cervical cytology, HR-HPV testing as an auxiliary indicator for screening of cervical lesions.
