Objective:To investigate the expression of CDK2,DOC-1and the correlation of them innon-small-cell lung cancer(NSCLC),and to study the role in the age, gender, smoking, lymphy nodes metastases, pathologic stages, differentiation of NSCLC.Methods: Immunohistochemical SP (streptavidin-perosidase) method and colorpathological image computer analysis system were applied to detect the expressions ofCDK2,DOC-1in61cases of NSCLC,30normal human lung tissue. Results: The expression of CDK2was significantly higher in NSCLC than in the normallung tissue(p<0.05). The expression of DOC-1was significantly lower in NSCLC than inthe normal lung tissue. The expression of CDK2was positively correlated withdifferentiation, lymphy nodes metastases of NSCLC. The expression of DOC-1wasnegatively correlated with differentiation, lymphy nodes metastases, pathologic stages ofNSCLC。The expression of CDK2was negatively correlated to DOC-1.Conclusion: The excessive expression of CDK2was positively correlated with cellproliferation, CDK2can promoted the cell’s DNA synthesis. DOC-1can induce theapoptosis and inhibit the expression of CDK2.
