Objective: To investigate the imbalance between T helper cell17(Th17) and regulatory Tcells (Treg) in the lesions of patients with psoriasis vulgaris and its significances. Methods: Immunohistochemistry method was applied to detect the expressions of Th17transcription factor RORγt、cytokine IL-17and Treg transcription factor Foxp3、cytokineIL-10in50cases lesions of patients with psoriasis vulgaris and25cases of normal skin(foreskin) organization.Results:1. The expressions of RORγt and IL-17in the lesions of patients with psoriasisvulgaris were significantly higher than in normal skin tissue (P <0.05);2. The expressionsof Foxp3and IL-10in the lesions of patients with psoriasis vulgaris were significantlylower than the normal skin tissue (P <0.05).Conclusion:1. The expressions of Th17transcription factor RORγt and cytokine IL-17inthe lesions of patients with psoriasis vulgaris were increased;2. The expressions of Tregtranscription factor Foxp3and cytokine IL-10in the lesions of patients with psoriasisvulgaris were decreased;3. Th17cells and Treg cells are imbalanced in the lesions of thepatients with psoriasis vulgaris. |
