Expression And Significance Of Axl And NF-κB In Cutaneous Squamous Cell Carcinoma

Objective: To study the expression of Axl and NF-κB(p65) in cutaneous squamouscell carcinoma(SCC) and normal skin tissures.Methods: Expression of Axl and NF-κB(p65) in40cases ofSCC and20normalskinare detected by immunohistochemical method.Results:The positive expression rates of Axl and NF-κB proteins were87.5%and82.5%respectively in SCC (P<0.05）,and the rates were0%and10%respectively innormal skin tissures.Conclusions: The aberrant expression of Axl and NF-κB proteins in SCC mayplayimportant roles in the pathogenesis and development in SCC.
