The Infiuence Of Mongolian Medicine Zhenbaowan On FAS/FASI,P53Expression And Sigificance In Ischemia-reperfusion Injury Of Retinal

[Objective] To study the protect effects of basic Zhenbaowan on the ischemia-reperfusion in jury of retina by exploring the effects on the expression of Fas, Fasl, P53and apoptosis occurs in retina ischemia-reperfusion in jury of rabbit.[Methods] The rabbit model of experimantal retina ischemia-reperfusion in jury was made by increasing the intraocular pressure. Then made the sampal HE staining and immunohistochemical (SABC) staining.The histological and ultrastractural changes in retina were observed and the result of SABC staining were analyzed by compute picture analytic system.[results] No Fas positive cells were observed in the normal retina,Fas pression gradually increased as early6h,reached a peak at24h,then decreased at48h.similarly, Fasl expression was at peak in24-48h in GCL and INL of retina.And the peak of P53expression was reached at24h,then decreased gradually at72h. Zhenbaowan ministered before reperfusion ameliorated the retinal tissue damage. It also diminished Fas, FasL and P53expression in ischemic-rePerfused retina remarkably.Fas exPression decreased markedly in6h,12h,24h,48h treatment groups.Zhenbaowan diminished FasL exPression atl2,24,48h, P53expression at6,12,24,48h.[conclusions] Retina ischemia-reperfusion in jury can couse the increase of Fas\Fasl and P53protein in retina. Zhenbaowan can inhibit the increase of Fas\Fasl and P53protein in retina ischemia-reperfusion in jury. Zhenbaowan have protection effects to retina ischemia-reperfusion in jury, It can be clinical treatment in ischemia-reperfusion in jury.
