Reseach On Appropriate Design Of Primary Hospitals Based On New Medical Reform In Western Guangdong

As China’s new health care reform proceeds, the primary hospitals get a good development opportunity. Design and development of grass-roots hospitals received unprecedented attention before it. The primary hospital design and development in undeveloped areas need more constraints which are being the weak link.In the first part in this paper, through the collection of literature on the current domestic and foreign hospitals,summarize research to understand the development trend of the current hospital buildings, and find China’s primary hospitals’ weaknesses. The second part summarize the main problems of the grass-root hospitals based on the analysis of field research of more than thirty primary hospitals in western Guangdong Province. This part then discusses the situation of primary hospital before the new medical reform in primary hospital and new development opportunities in the new medical reform. The third part contrast primary hospitals western Guangdong areas with and the Pearl River Delta region developed, come to classification and grading design standards of primary hospital and the local conditions of the area. The fourth part discuss the appropriate design of four main components—outpatient department, medical department, inpatient department and operation department from plane layout to energy conservation in western Guangdong primary hospital. Finally, in the fifth part combining the characteristics of western Guangdong proposed development strategy for primary hospital western Guangdong’s hospitals.This passage reflects the concern of the people’s livelihood, with a combination of the current hot topic of health care reform, social, medical and other fields with the architectural design of research, the results of the primary hospital building design helps promote the work, and health care reform to provide a scientific basis for scientific decision-making in medical reform. Western Guangdong, which is an economically undeveloped areas, construction standards and existing standards fall far short.The research of this subject on the appropriateness of design and sustainability for the primary hospital building in the economically underdeveloped regions in western Guangdong,have the obvious theoretical significance and application prospects, and demonstrate the design of hospital hierarchical classification theory,bulid a flexibility of the primary hospital with moderate construction standards.
