| From the natural plant extract coumarin of a kind of chemical material, have many pharmacological effects, especially can inhibit oxidative damage the body has the function of delaying aging, so the study of the protection system of the body coumarin have important research value. This paper used three different concentration of coumarin solution (41.6mg/L,83.2mg/L and166.4mg/L) to a worm called caenorhabditis elegans (hereinafter referred to as the beautiful nematodes) in different temperature (20℃,25℃and30℃) under the24h medicine, and then from the physiological level, biochemical level and to study the enzyme level coumarin antioxidant effect. In the physical level, measure the beautiful nematode spawning number, life, head swinging frequency and body bent frequency. In the biochemical level, measure the content of free radicals and beautiful nematodes cell apoptosis. In the enzyme level, measure the nematode body with the activities of antioxidant enzymes condition.In the physical level, beautiful nematode spawning number, life, head swinging frequency and body bent frequency are increased with the increase of the concentration as coumarin. In the biochemical level, free radical content and apoptosis coumarin with increasing concentration decreases. In the enzyme level, different concentration of all can improve coumarin of antioxidant enzymes such as superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT) GSH peroxidase (GSH-Px) activity. The experimental results show that to produce beautiful coumarin nematode antioxidant protection, and these protection has a certain concentration dependence. |
