Objective:(1) Explore the relationship between vascular dementia serum SCD40L、CRP and normal population serum indicators。(2) Explore vascular dementia TCM blood stasis syndrome and serum resistance winding SCD40L、CRP relationship。(3) Explore vascular dementia serum SCD40L and serum CRP without relevance.(4) Explore vascular dementia was associated with a simple mental state scale (MMSE), daily self-care ability scale (ADL) score of the relationship。Method:Hospitalization of patients with vascular dementia in the Nanjing Military Region, Fuzhou General Hospital Department of Neurology,60cases from February2011to January2012and30cases of normal control group, On the collection of cases were Mini-Mental State (MMSE), ability of daily living (ADL) scale, TCM syndrome (SDSVD) scale score. All incorporated into the case in patients with vascular dementia in24hours after admission。The median cubital vein blood3ml, normal cases during physical examination of fasting venous blood collection。All specimens were collected in separation gel vacuum collection tubes (procoagulant tubes), Room temperature static4-6hour, Centrifuge (3500r/min) centrifugal5min, Serum was separated, By-80℃refrigerator save to be measured, The specimens were preserved longest not more than three.By double antibody sandwich Elisa method for detecting SCD40L, Turbidimetric determination of CRP。Results:Blood stasis group and non-blood stasis concentrations of serum sCD40L, CRP had the highest average concentration, Compared with the normal control group the difference was significant (P<0.05); Which blood stasis group of patients, SCD40L、CRP concentrations than non-blood stasis group of patients, Statistical significance to the differences between the two (P<0.05)。All patients with vascular dementia serum SCD40L and CRP showed a significant positive correlation (P<0.05)o Blood stasis group and non-blood stasis group MMSE score lower than the normal group, Compared with normal group with significant difference (P<0.05), Blood stasis group MMSE score lower than the group of non-blood stasis, Statistical significance to the differences between the two (P<0.05)。 Blood stasis group and non-blood stasis group ADL scores were higher than the normal group, Compared with normal group with significant difference (P<0.05), Blood stasis group ADL score higherr than the group of non-blood stasis, Statistical significance to the differences between the two (P<0.05)。Conclusion:Patients with vascular dementia SCD40L、CRP concentrations were significantly higher than the normal control group, Blood stasis group were significantly higher than those in non blood stasis group, Tips for SCD40L、CRP and vascular dementia with blood stasis syndrome was closely related to; Correlation studies had shown that SCD40L and CRP was positively correlated, Tip SCD40L and CRP role may together participate in formation of vascular dementia; SDSVD syndrome scoring higher, serum SCD40L、CRP concentration was higher, suggestive of inflammatory damage in blood stasis syndrome of blood stasis was more obvious than that。...
