Objective:To study and discussion the efficacy and adverse reactions of Yanshu injection in the treatment of bone, muscle pain caused by the paclitaxel chemotherapy in the breast cancerMethods:Selected our department from July1,2010to December31to2011application with paclitaxel chemotherapy and bone and muscle pain in-patients in80cases, randomized controlled study, divided into experimental group (40cases) andThe control group (40cases). the experimental group give Yanshu injection,the12mL Yanshu injection by adding200mL saline, intravenous infusion, once a day, once every5days, control group without Yanshu injection. In the two groups of patients with moderate to severe pain, can be prescribed to give the appropriate treatment of pain. Records two groups of patients the first day of the fifth day of pain incidence and statistical analysis; record adverse reactions of the two groups of patients, quality of life and The Chinese Medicine climate change, and statistical analysis. Results:The incidence of pain in the experimental group were:the first day of100.00%(40/40), the next day75.00%(30/40), the third day50.00%(20/40), the fourth day of42.50%(17/40)the fifth day30.00%(12/40). Control group the incidence of pain:the first day of100.00%(39/39), the next day94.87%(37/39), the third day79.49%(31/39), the fourth day of69.23%(27/39) the fifth day of64.10%(25/39). These differences of the first day not statistically significant (P>0.05), the other four were statistically significant (P<0.05), and the overall pain of the experimental group decreased significantly compared with the control group decreased (P<0.05), indicating yanshu injection has good analgesic effect of bone, muscle pain caused by the paclitaxel chemotherapy in the of breast cancer; adverse reactions and quality of life of the two groups of patients no significant changes were no significant differences, indicating that adverse reactions are mild Yanshu injection; two groups The Chinese Medicine syndromes in patients after treatment the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), indicating YanShu injections can improve the patient’s The Chinese Medicine syndromes. Conclusion:Yanshu injection can significantly reduce bone, muscle pain caused by the paclitaxel chemotherapy in the breast cancer, and adverse reactions are mild.
