Objective:(1) Use of immunohistochemical techniques to explore the characteristics of the CaSR’s expression in Papillary thyroid carcinoma, Benign thyroid and normal thyroid cells, and analyze its relationship with Papillary thyroid cancer.(2) To explore the expression of the differences in the Papillary thyroid carcinoma’s group between the calcification and non-calcification, and the calcified groups between in Papillary thyroid carcinoma and Benign thyroid, and analyze its differences.(3) To explore the expression characteristics of the blood stasis syndrome’s group and the non-blood stasis syndrome’s group in Papillary thyroid carcinoma, and analyze its relationship with the blood stasis syndrome. Methods: Randomly selected70cases of Papillary thyroid disease after surgical operation, with the two-step staining application of MaxvisionTM2/HRP Immunohisto-chemical detection in Papillary thyroid carcinoma、thyroid benign lesions and normal thyroid tissue within the CaSR. All data used the SPSS17.0statistical analysis with Non parametric test, P<0.05means the difference is significant.Results:①The expression of CaSR in Papillary thyroid carcinoma、Benign thyroid and normal thyroid tissuue had a significant difference;②The expression of the CaSR with calcification in the group of Papillary thyroid carcinoma was significantly higher than the group of non-calcification of thyroid cancer, and the expression of CaSR in calcified group, the group of the thyroid cancer was higher than the Benign thyroid, the difference was significant;③in Papillary thyroid carcinoma, there are great differences of the CaSR’s expression between the blood stasis syndrome’s group and the non-blood stasis syndrome’s group.Conclusion:(1) The expression of CaSR in Papillary thyroid carcinoma、Benign thyroid and normal thyroid tissu has a significant difference, CaSR may have a very close relationgship with Papillary thyroid carcinoma;(2) The CaSR’s expression of the differences in Papillary thyroid carcinoma’s group between the calcification and non-calcification, and the calcified groups between Papillary thyroid carcinoma and the Benign thyroid, suggesting that the CaSR may play a key role in the calcification of the Papillary thyroid carcinoma;(3) The CaSR’s expression in the blood stasis syndrome’s group was higher than non-blood stasis syndrome’s group, suggesting that in Papillary thyroid carcinoma there is a close relationship with the blood stasis syndrome in the traditional Chinese medicine.
