At last recommendations are putforwarded for improvingQingdao’s rurla cooperative medical system.Specifically, this paper has the following conclusions:1. through a questionnaire survey of the insured farmers in Qingdao,sums up the implementation effects of new rural cooperative medical care,finds out that the farmers are still lack of knowledge of "new ruralcooperative ’, the insured desire are not high, concern that the subsidystandards are low and rural medical service quality is weak and so on,from the survey results, we can see, farmers are still doubt ’ new ruralcooperative " after implementation of the new rural cooperative medicalcare, and still have a great concern. on the quality of medical services.2. based on the analysis of operating results, management, operationmechanism and other aspects of new rural cooperative medical care inQingdao, finds out that there are still limited compensation for medicalcosts, service levels in rural primary health care sector are still low,medical acts are lack behind the standards, farmers are lack of the insuredknowledge, and the other issues are common existing in the promotion ofnew rural cooperative medical care in Qingdao.3.
