Objective:To explore the mechanism of Xiao Yin Wan in treatment of psoriasisand in order to provide experimental basis for clinical treatment,we test theimpact of Xiao Yin Wan through animal experiments on the expression of Bcl-XLand VEGF in lesions of Guinea Pigs with psoriasis caused by Propranolol.Methods: Induced animal models of psoriasis were adopted,two weeks later,5animal selected randomly from55built modules and15blank control groupswere killed for histopathological examinations in back of the ears.If thereare psoriasis-like pathological changes under the microscope, indicating thatthe animal model of psoriasis has been set up successfully. Then the animalof model group’s were randomly divide into: modle group,Compound indigo pillgroup,XYW high-dose group, XYW middle-dose group and XYW low-dose group.Inaddition to modle group carried out with saline,each group carried treamentrespectively with the corresponding medicne.Blank group also carried out insaline for reference.Local change of symptoms were observed,after4weeks,getthe specimens of guineapigs’ ears of each group with operation.Immunohistochemica method was adopted to determine the level of Bcl-XL andVEGF in lesions of guinea pigs with psoriasis.Results: visual inspection:aftrer setting up the animal model of psoriasissuccessfully,the lesion of modle group can be seen obvious red and swollen,andhigh temperature with it,the texture were stiff,t he hairs of back ears weregradually losing, which covered with sheet silver-white scales, dilating ofapparent blood capillary.The phenomenon of scratching ears werefrequent.There were no significant changes in blank group comparing with it.Histopathological examinations:after modeling, under the microscope,we can discover the changes of pathology of psoriasis,such as different degreeof hyperkeratinization or in company with parakeratosis, granular layerthinner or disappeared, acanthosis, telangiectasia in derma and theinfiltration of inflammatory cells,etc. By comparison,there is normalphysiological structure in blank group.Immunohistochemica study and data analysis: Compared with theblank-control group, the level of expression of Bcl-xL and VEGF in lesionsof model group were increased, and the differences between the two groups weresignificant(P<0.05);Through the4weeks’ medication, Compared with the modelgroup, the level of expression of Bcl-xL and VEGF in lesions of Compoundindigo pill group,XYW high and middle-dose group were lower, the differenceswere all significant(P<0.05);There were no significant differences betweenXYW low-dose group and blank group on the level of expression of Bcl-xL andVEGF(P>0.05);Similarly,no significant differences were found between anytwo comparison in compound indigo pill group,XYW high and middle-dose group.Conclusion:1. There were weak positive or negative expressions of Bcl-xL andVEGF in KC of blank-control group’s ears back skin tissue,otherwise strongpositive expression in model group. The incidence of psoriasis is relevantto delaying apoptosis and neovascularization.2.Xiao Yin Wan can reduce the levels of expression of Bcl-xL and VEGFin lesions of guinea pigs with psoriasis,and has the same curative effect withcompound indigo pill.3. Xiao Yin Wan may possiblely reduce the levels of expression of Bcl-xLand VEGF, rehabilitate the dynamic balance between proliferation andapoptosis,prevent the generation of neovascularization to achieve the purposeof the treatment of psoriasis. But its therapeutic mechanism of psoriasis isnot yet fully clear,which still need further study.
