It is very common that patients with cerebral infarction are often along with the clinical ECG changing. The clinical research of acute cerebral vascular diseases and acute cardiovascular diseases is one of the hots today, related studies have shown that the probability of T-wave abnormalities and ST segment abnormalities was significantly increased while acute cerebral infarction occurs. With the incidence of cerebrovascular disease increasing, the abnormal changes of heart’activities have gradually aroused the attention of medical workers. The topic uses wistar rats as experimental subjects, makes the model of cerebral infarction in rats based on photochemistry principle, and studys the changes of the ECG signal and EEG signal based on the model of cerebral infarction in rats. We gathered synchronous EEG and ECG signals before and after cerebral infarction in rats using Multiple Physiological Parameters Recorder, determined the extent of cerebral’infarction in rats by calculating EEG non-linear parameters, and made use of wavelet transform theory to process and get EEG and ECG features on the platform of MATLAB. Finally, found out the relevance between EEG and ECG features applying association rules algorithm of data mining. The association rules mined out revealed the potential and valuable relationship of characteristic changes between EEG signal and ECG signal.lt can provide an important reference for cerebral infarction and cardiovascular disease during diagnosis and prevention.
