Clinical Characteristics Analysis Of Fifty Three Primary Hepatic Carcinoma With That The Alpha Fetoprotein Was Negative

Objective: To study the clinical characteristics of Primary Liver Cancerwith the negative alpha-fetoprotein and to explore its services.Methods: Fifty three Patients with AFP–negative PLC were comparedwith one hundred and forty six cases with APF-elevatory PLC in sex,clinicalsituation,basic diseases(hePatitisB, liver cirrhosis,ascites）, Portal cancerousthrombus,Child-Pugh grading,tumor marker，oncogene, antioncogene.results: ComPare to AFP elevatory group， there was no statisticalsignificance in sex, bloodtypes, ascites, GGT，ALP, CA199,CA125,CEA,HbsAg，HbeAg，HBVDNA，P21，P53，nm23，VEGF. AFP negative groupin liver cirrhosis, Portal tumor emboli positive rate was28.3%、1.9%respectively, and AFP elevatory group was50.0%、15.1%respectively. inthe Edmondson-Steiner classification, AFP negative group that with gradeⅠ andgradeⅡ has40cases (75.5%), that grade Ⅲ has13cases (24.5%). AFP elevatory group with grade Ⅰ andgradeⅡ has88cases (60.3%), that grade Ⅲhas58cases.(39.7%). The two groups in liver cirrhosis, Portal cancerousthrombus,Child-Pugh,and Edmondsion-Steiner were withstatisticalsignificance.Conclusion: There were less in AFP negative Patients than AFP PositivePatients with liver cirrhosis, Portal cancerous thrombus.AFP negative Patientswere higher than AFP Positive Patients in cancer cell differentiation degree.
