Objective:To detect the different expression of SOCS3, IL-10and TNF-α innormal early pregnancy and recurrent spontaneous abortion(RSA) patient’s villus anddecidua tissue. To analyze the role of the pathogenesis of recurrent spontaneousabortion and regulatory mechanism between them. Methods:There were34RSApatients and35normal early pregnancys for the study,To collect the villus and deciduatissue,The protein expression of SOCS3was detected by Westen blotting.Theexpression of IL-10and TNF-α was detected byimmunohistochemistry. Results:Compared with normal early pregnancy,The expression of SOCS3is significantlydecreased in RSA patient’s villus tissue (P<0.05) and in decidua tissue (P<0.01); Theexpression of IL-10is significantly decreased in RSA patient’s villus tissue (P<0.05)and in decidua tissue (P<0.01); The expression of TNF-α is significantly increased inRSA patient’s villus tissue (P<0.05) and in decidua tissue (P<0.05). Conclusion:Theexpression of IL-10and TNF-α in a normal pregnancy and RSA is statisticallysignificant differences that repeated Th1/Th2is out of balance in maternalfetalinterface, SOCS3protein expression may infllunce the Th1/Th2balance and lead toabortion. The express trend of SOCS3, IL-10and TNF-αare the same in RSA patient’svillus and decidua tissue.Whether the expression of SOCS3,IL-10and TNF-α affectnot only of the Th1/Th2balance of the maternalfetal interface, but also affect thedevelopment of embryo itself, remains to be further proved. SOCS3proteinand IL-10expression reduction and TNF-a expression increase may be one of the causes of RSA.
