Objective:To investigate the expressions of nuclear factor kappa B(NF-κB),proteinkinaseC beta Ⅱ(PKCβⅡ) andregenerating gene Ⅱ(Reg Ⅱ) in gastric carcinoma, investigatethe correlation of their expression in gastric carcinoma,Investigate the correlation of theirexpression in gastric carcinoma, the combination of clinical and pathological data ofpatients with gastric cancer in order to further understanding the characteristics of thebiological behavior of gastric cancer,to understand the development of gastric cancer andthe early diagnosis and early treatment of gastric cancer patients lay thefoundation. Methods:Immunohistochemical technique(S-P)was used to detect theexpression of NF-ΚB,PKCβⅡ and RegⅡ in143samples of gastric carcinoma and theiradjacent normal gastric tissues,And test result with clinical and pathological features werecomprehensive analysis.Results:NF-κB expression in gastric cancer was67.13%higherthan the normal tissue of21.68%,a statistically significant difference between thetwo(P<0.05);PKCβⅡ expression in gastric cancer was58.04%higher than the normaltissue of30.77%,a statistically significant difference between the two(P<0.05);RegⅡexpression in gastric cancer was52.45%higher than the normal tissue of14.69%,astatistically significant difference between the two(P<0.05);and their expression wasassociated with gender of patients, age, tumor size were no significant relationship, nosignificant difference with them(P>0.05),their expression has associate with lymph nodemetastasis, degree of tumor differentiation, depth of invasion,TNM stage,a statisticallysignificant with them(P<0.05),NF-κB and three PKCβII and the RegIV expression ingastric cancer was positively correlated, they have correlation with the depth of invasion, lymph node metastasis,TNM stage and histological type.Conclutions:NF-κB and PKCβIIand the RegIV in gastric cancer tissues are highly expressed, and they have the relationshipwith occurrence of gastric cancer, the degree of malignancy, depth of invasion, degree oftumor differentiation, lymph node metastasis and TNM stage, they have correlation in thedevelopment of gastric cancer. The combination of the three indicators, further explore therelationship and interaction mechanisms of the three,it can provide more effective basis for the occurrence of gastric cancer development, prognosis and targeted therapy.
