Objective:To explore the relationship between spacial distributional characteristics andmalignant adjoint features of solitary pulmonary nodule (SPN). Methods:A total of188patients were collected, according to the relationship between nodule location andbronchus, the lung field is divide into interior area, medial area and exterior area fromhilus to pleura;then pulmonary field is classified as superior lobe, medial lobe andinferior lobe from apex to basis pulmonis;at last, distribution characteristics andmalignant adjoint features of all cases make statistics analysis. Results: There are7casesin interior area,57cases in medial area and124cases in exterior area, and correspondingnumber of nodules with malignant adjoint features are1case,34cases and107cases,After making statistics analysis by data analysis software, total2=29.75, interblock2=5.18,2=16.10,2=23.73, P<0.05, total and interblock are variation; moreovernumber of superior lobe, medial lobe and inferior lobe, separately which is84cases,18cases and86cases, and corresponding number of nodules with malignant adjoint featuresare69cases,10cases,63cases, obtain total2=6.11, P<0.05, interblock2=6.00,2=2.22,2=1.93, two last group P>0.05, interblock is not variation. Conclusion:Spacial distributional characteristics and malignant adjoint features of SPN aresignificant variation in a Horizontal space, but not in a longitudinal space.
