Preliminary Report Of The Same Period Surgery To Treat The Children Bilateral Developmental Dysplasia Of The Hip

Objective：To analyze the same period Surgical techniques and therapy outcomes ofthe children bilateral DDH，and evaluate significance of the surgical techniques Method:Follow-up25same period surgical therapy of the children bilateral DDH cases.Thetreatment Applies Pemberton osteotomyor Salter osteotomy+proximal femur osteotomy.Among the cases,Pemberton osteotomy+proximal femur osteotomy29hips, proximalfemur osteotomy32hips, Pemberton osteotomy2hips, Salter osteotomy2hips.Retrospective analyze the outcomes of the same period surgery to treat the childrenbilateral DDH, further clarify the significance of the same period surgical treatment.Result: Followed up for3months-4years, according to the zhou yongde postoperativerecovery standards, Excellent17cases,good5cases,normal2cases, hip joint flexionconstrained after the surgery1cases. Acetabular index preoprative30°-45°reduce topostoprative15°-20°. Anteversion preoprative45°-60°reduce to postoprative15°-30°.Conclusion: same period surgery to treat the children bilateral DevelopmentalDysplasia of the Hip is an effective treatment of the children bilateral DDH, shorten theentire course of treatment, help patiens with early postoperative hip functional exercise.
