Objective: To analyze and explore the differences of cervical carcinoma clinical andpathological features patients with Han nationality and Uighur in Xinjiang Tumor Hospital.Methods: Collect and organize retrospective analysis4625cases with cervical cancer,which diagnosed by the Tumor Hospital of Xinjiang Province from January2003toDecember2010. Results: Review and analyses total4625cases which contain Hannationality and Uighur,1736cases for Han nationality2889cases for Uighur. The averageage of the Han Youngest is14, oldest is88. The average age of the Youngest is21, oldestis96. Education degree and vocational distribution is different form Han and Uighurgroups. Han’s education degree is mainly elementary school and junior high school,vocational is housewives primarily; Uighur’s education degree is mainly illiteracy andprimary school, vocational is farmer promarily. The patiens of Han and Uighur patientsclinicals stages、pathological stage classification、histopathological grading, the datadifferences are statistically significant (P <0.05). Han’s patients mainly with clinical stageIIb, Ib, IIIb,Uighur’s patients mainly with IIb, IIIb, IIa. The han nationality patientspathology classification squamous cell carcinoma total1579cases, gland cancer186cases,squamous cell carcinoma and adenocarcinoma ratio is8.49:1. Uygur patients pathologyclassification squamous cell carcinoma total2673cases, gland cancer96cases, squamouscell carcinoma and adenocarcinoma ratio is27.8:1. The han nationality patients pathologyorganization classification differentiation total1172cases, low differentiation314cases,Uighurs patients pathology organization classification differentiation total2023cases, lowdifferentiation498cases. Han and Uighur cerical cancer patients region distribution isdifferent, the han nationality patients major in North Region, uygur patients major inSouth Region. Conclusion: The han and Uighurs cervical cancer patients are different inage, education, occupation area distribution,Uighurs aee more serious in clinical extentthan the han nationality. The han and Uighur patients’s pathological type are mainlysquamous cell carcinoma, the han nationality adenocarcinoma patients are with higher percentage, the pathological and histological grading are mainly organizationclassification differentiation.
