Objective: Observation of periodontal disease in patients with a comprehensiveevaluation of the clinical efficacy before and after the Xi Pa Yi mouthrinse, includingclinical safety checks, oral periodontal index checks, the amount of gingival crevicularfluid volume analysis, and microbiological checks. Methods: The study was randomlydivided into experimental group (Xi Pa Yi mouthrinse) and control group (Long ZhangKou mouthrinse). The Ramfjord Index gargle mouthrinses a week before and after thechange on behalf of the dental records for each patient’s six teeth (16,21,24,36,41,46), including: periodontal index (plaque index, gingival index, sulcus bleeding index, probing depth); measuring gingival crevicular fluid volume changes; microbiologicalexamination (cocci, bacillus, spirochetes); The acquisition subgingival plaque, eachsample underwent two staining of Congo red and Gram. Bacteria (cocci, bacillus andspirochetes) were counted under the microscope. Various types of bacteria were observedthan its changes. The record and analysis of the subjects of the indicators were countedbefore, as well as7days after using mouthrinses. Results: Experimental and controlgroups in the periodontal index, gingival crevicular fluid volume, microbial indicatorsdifference was statistically significant (P<0.01). Experimental group and control groupbefore and after treatment of periodontal index and the gingival crevicular fluid volumedifference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Microbiological examination foundbetween the two groups was not statistically significant (P>0.05). Conclusions: Xi Pa Yimouthrinse common putative periodontal pathogens, the inhibition can be reduced of PD,GI,SBI,PLI and other periodontal index, to reduce the amount of gingival crevicular fluidwith inflammatory.
