The Analysis About Factors Of Renal Functional And Pathology Classificstion Of IgA Nephropathy

Objective: With the research of the clinical and pathology date of108cases with IgAnephropathy, to evaluate the associativity of clinical and pathology of IgA nephropathy.Methods:108patients with IgA nephropathy were collected from the patients who werediagnosed as IgA nephropathy by renal biopsy from April2011to January2012.Pathology types as well as clinical and laboratory data were collected and analyzed.Results:1. The ratio of male and female is1.45. The mean age, male is lower thanfemale(P＜0.05). The apparen peak incidence age was21-40years old(P＜0.05).2.60.2%of IgA nephritic were distributed in the clinical group of I-H and U-ab(P＜0.05).3. Mostpatients wereⅠ, Ⅱin Lee’s classification(P＜0.05), and mostly patients were0,1inpathology score.4. There were apparente relationship between gender, age, diseaseduration, proteinuria, urine NAG, and urine specific gravity, urine osmolality, urine β2-MG,urine cysC, ScysC, Serum IgA, triglycerides, uric acid, Scr and renal insufficiency withrenal function (P＜0.05). Male, Hypertension, large of proteinuria, high levels of Scys-C,hyperlipidemia and advanced age were risk factor of renal functional lesion. The renalfunction was most nomal in the patients which with I-H, nevetheless the patients withhypertension whose renal function were most damaged(P＜0.05).5. There were apparenterelationship between gender, disease duration, blood pressure, proteinuria, urine NAG,GFR, urine specific gravity, urine osmolality, urine β2-MG, urine cysC, ScysC, Serum IgA,BUN, uric acid and renal insufficiency index of clinical with pathology classification(P＜0.05). Hypertension, large of proteinuria were risk factor of Renal pathologi lesionaggravation.the pathology lesions were slightly in I-H and U-ab（P＜0.05）.6. There wereapparente relationship between uria NAG, uria Cys-C, urine specific gravity, urine β2-MGwith reactiveness and chronicity Pathologial lesions (P＜0.01). Conclusion: IgAN alwayshad been found in young men, he average age of male were lower than female. The course of disease were shorter. The most patients’ clinical situation were I-H and U-ab.Someindex of clinical can hint the condition of renal and pathology. The male, hypertension,large of proteinuria and Scys-C, hyperlipidemia and advanced age were risk factor of renalfunctional lesion. Hypertension, large of proteinuria were risk factor of Renal pathologilesion aggravation.
