Shugan Tiaozhong Treatment Of Functional Dyspepsia(Gan Wei Bu He Type) In Clinical Observation

Object:Guided by the basic theory of Traditional Chinese Medcine(TCM), the clinical use of Shugan Tiaozhong Tang is to cure. The purpose is to observe and discuss of the various clinical symptoms, the cure and alleviate situation. It must be scientific and objective to assess the changing observation,, including incidence of adverse reactions, the relapse rate and other indicators, and to explore its mechanism of action and discuss.The mechanism of Chinese Medicine clinical treatment of Functional Dyspepsia (FD) have positive significance.Methods:During June2010to January2011,we selected the patients from the Wuhan No.1Hospital, a total of100cases. Selected patients are in line with the diagnostic criteria of FD and the TCM standards. The cases were divided into two groups randomly, including the treatment group(50cases) and the control group(50cases). The two groups in gender, age, duration, severity of disease, gastroscopy was no significant difference (P>0.05), there are comparable. The treatment group was treated with the Shugan Tiaozhong Tang orally and the control group treated with Domperidone orally. The treatment course of both groups was6weeks. Carry out security checks before and after treatment, including general medical projects, the routine examination of blood urine stool, ECG, liver and kidney function tests, as well as gastrointestinal dynamics biochemical (gastrointestinal hormones) indicators. The medication should be avoided during the tobacco and alcohol, spicy food, and should have a light diet and a good rest. The main work is to observe and record the total effect of each group of patients before and after treatment, the main clinical symptoms to improve the situation, the symptom score and tongue, and the situation of the tongue improvement. Following up the patients3months after the end of treatment, and observe the long-term effects.Results:Clinical comparison:The treatment group50cases, clinical cure in11cases, ineffective in4cases, the total effective rate was92%; control group,50cases, clinical cure in4cases, ineffective in12cases, total effective rate was76%. Using X2test, P<0.05, effect of the treatment group was better than the control group, with statistical significance.Compared with of the two groups of patients in TCM syndrome score and the recurrence rate before and after treatment a significant difference, both have improved in the treatment group than the control group(P<0.05). Two groups during treatment showed no adverse reactions and toxicity.Conclusion:The results show that the treatment group considerably improves after the therapy in symptoms and laboratory results, surpassing the ones of the comparison group. Combined with my instructor’s cl inical experience for many years, I explore the Shugan Tiaozhong Tang treatment, as to expand the modem clinical applications of classical prescriptions and search for all effective treatment method.
