Clinical Efficacy Observation Of The Bupleurum Add Long Mu Soup And Domperidone Treatment Of Liver And Stomach Swelter Type Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease

Objective To observe the the Bupleurum add Long mu soup, domperidone treatment of liver and stomach swelter type gastroesophageal reflux disease Clinical efficacy, the Bupleurum add Long mu soup and domperidone treatment of liver and stomach swelter type gastroesophageal reflux disease clinical applications provide a theoretical basis.Method To68cases a clear diagnosis of liver and stomach swelter type GERD are randomly assigned to treatment group (36cases) and control group (32cases), The treatment group received the Bupleurum add Long mu soup150ml oral2/day+Domperidone10mg orally2/day; the control group received ranitidine150mg oral2/day+Domperidone10mg oral2/day. There are treated for8weeks, withdrawal,and four weeks for follow-up, record the condition and improvement of symptoms after treatment,and apply statistical methods to compare the conclusion, according to P is worth.Results The total effective rate of treatment group is88.89%,68.75%of the total effective rate of the control group, treatment group is significantly better than the control group. After8weeks of treatment, the treatment group heartburn, mouth sour/bitter symptom score are better than the control group (P<0.05); chest pain, stomach discomfort, symptom scores are no statistically significant between the two groups. In the course of treatment, the control group only two cases have skin itching,redness and recovered after withdrawal.
