| Objective:To study the clinical outcome of herbs after vertebral plate decompression resection.internal fixation treatment and lumbar interbody fusion of syndromes on degenerative lumbar spinal canal stenosis。Methods:From July2010to March2011, selected70degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis patients from Chinese traditional medicine hospital of Hubei Province.according to cases of diagnostic criteria,inclusion criteria and excluded patients criteria,were randomly divided into two groups. Group A was given surgical treating degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis with vertebral plate decompression resection,internal fixation treatment and lumbar interbody fusion. While group B was given treatment of herbs after vertebral plate decompression resection.internal fixation treatment and lumbar interbody fusion. ODI standards and JOA scores after three months and one year were used to evaluate the clinical outcomes. At the same time, observed patients’blood routine,urine routine.biochemical index,ECG and adverse reactions of the herbs. TO show if there was any signigicant difference with statistical analysis.Results:Followed up for three months, there was a significant difference between the two group compared to the ODI standards and JOA scores(P<0.05). TO check the patients’blood routine,urine routine.biochemical index,ECG,there was no obvious change. No patient had the adverse reactions of the herbs.Followed up for one year,there was no significant difference between the two group compared to the JOA scores(P>0.05), but there was a significant difference between the two group compared to the ODI standards (P<0.05). TO check the patients’blood routine, urine routine.biochemical index, ECG, there was no obvious change. No patient had the adverse reactions of the herbs.Conclusion:Herbs after vertebral plate decompression resection, internal fixation treatment and lumbar interbody fusion could exactly improve the quality of operations and relieve the residual after operation. |
