The first part:The cerebral infarction patients’ relationship between insulin resistance and endothelial function injuryObject ive:This study through the detection of cerebral infarction pstients’insulin resistance level, as well as the degree of damage endothelial function, to study the pathological relationship of insulin resistance bring about endothelial function injury. Methods:This study select cerebral infarction patients with hypertension group of30patients, cerebral infarction hypertension and diabetes mellitus group of25patients, No cerebral infarction, hypertension and diabetes patients20patients as control group, with HOMA-IR method observe patients’insulin resistance, with ELISA method detect the concentration of serum ADMA, VE-Ca, and the relation between insulin resistance and ADMA, VE-Ca.Results:1. The research showed that cerebral infarction patients’ HOMA-IR higher than the control group (P<0.01), cerebral infarction with hypertension and diabetes mellitus patients higher than cerebral infarction with hypertension patents (P<0.01).2. The research showed that the cerebral infarction patients’degree of endothelial function damage degree is more serious than control guoup, the drgree of serum ADMA and VE-Ca higher than the control group (P<0.01), cerebral infarction with hypertension and diabetes mellitus patients higher than cerebral infarction with hypertension patents (P<0.01).3.This research showed the relationship between HOMA-IR and serum ADMA, VE-Ca, the degree of ADMA were increased with HOMA-IR, R=0.901(P<0.01); the degree of VE-Ca were increased with HOMA-IR, R=0.932(P<0.01)。Conclusion:Patients with cerebral infarction exist endothelial function damage, the more risk factors, the more serious of impaired endothelial function, its mechanism may be through the insulin resistance. The second part:The protection of Salvianolate. to endothelial function injuryObjective:This study through the detection of cerebral infarction pstients’degree change of endothelial function before and after treatment of Salvianolate, explore the protection of Salviaolate to endothelial function. Methods:This study select cerebral infarction with hypertension as control group and Salvianolate treatment group. After14days’s treatment, to observe the concentration of serum ADMA and VE-Ca before and after treatment.Results:1. After treatment of Salvianolate, the degree change of endothelial function in patoent was more obvious than before tretmentment (P<0.01)2. After treatment of Salvianolate, the degree change of endothelial function in patients was more obvious than control group, the concentration of serum ADMA, VE-Ca down significantly (P<0.01)Conclusion:Salvianolate has the protection for endothelial function.
